1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "okpey" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service accessible at okpey.cam, including all games, features, promotions, software, and ancillary services provided thereunder.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" refers to the company operating the okpey platform and responsible for its services.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the okpey platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on okpey, through which the Player accesses games and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited by the Player and held in their okpey wallet.

• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required of all okpey players prior to withdrawal of funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okpey website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the okpey platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okpey platform, whether through self-exclusion, operator-initiated closure, or regulatory directive.

okpey reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process described in Section 4. Access to real-money wagering will not be granted until age verification is successfully completed.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on okpey, you must create a registered player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered okpey account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okpey reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances held therein without notice.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, okpey requires all players to complete identity verification by submitting clear photographic copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include: the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, SSS card, PRC ID, or Philippine Passport. okpey may additionally require a selfie photograph, proof of address, or proof of payment method at its sole discretion.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your okpey account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account. okpey will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your authenticated account session is deemed to have been authorized by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. All deposits to your okpey account are transacted in Philippine Peso (₱). okpey supports deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT, subject to the availability of each method at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding real-money wagering on the okpey platform — they may not be used for any other purpose.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified players. Withdrawal requests are subject to a review and processing period. okpey reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly in cases involving large win amounts or unusual account activity. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. okpey is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing partners, banking systems, or technical issues outside its control.

Anti-Money Laundering. okpey operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits made to an okpey account that are not followed by genuine wagering activity, and which are subsequently withdrawn, may be treated as suspicious and reported to relevant authorities. okpey reserves the right to delay, decline, or reverse withdrawal requests pending AML review.

• You may only withdraw funds to payment methods and accounts registered in your own name.
• okpey does not accept payments from third parties and will return any such payments to their source.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established — see Section 6.
• okpey reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees from withdrawal amounts where notified in advance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okpey offers various promotional incentives to players from time to time, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All promotions offered by okpey are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, mobile device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to your okpey account separately from your real money balance and are used in wagering according to the order specified in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Winnings generated from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• okpey reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases where the promotion has been misused, exploited, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated group play, arbitrage strategies, or manipulation of bonus mechanics — may have their accounts suspended and their bonuses forfeited.

7 Games & Fair Play

okpey offers a wide range of casino games including live dealer table games, RNG (Random Number Generator) table games, video slots, bingo, and crash games. All games available on the okpey platform are provided by licensed and regulated third-party game providers.

RNG Game Integrity. All RNG-based games on okpey — including slots and non-live table games — use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on okpey use physical casino equipment — real cards, real dice, real roulette wheels — operated by trained human dealers in professionally monitored studio environments. Physical outcomes cannot be digitally manipulated.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication disruption affecting a game round, okpey reserves the right to void any affected game round and refund the wagered amount to the player. Payouts resulting from clearly erroneous game outcomes — including display errors — are not binding on okpey and will not be honored.

Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical RTP percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical return and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpey platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent communication with okpey.
• Creating more than one registered account, including accounts created under different names or contact details.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the okpey platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity through the okpey platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the technical operation of the okpey platform or any game.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your okpey account.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward okpey staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

okpey is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your okpey account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion from the okpey platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the elected exclusion period and will be applied within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

Once a self-exclusion has been applied, okpey will not send you any promotional communications, and you will not be permitted to create a new account during the exclusion period. 10 Account Suspension & Closure

okpey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identification documents.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider relating to deposits made to the account.
• At the request of the player (voluntary closure).
• Pursuant to a regulatory directive or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, okpey reserves the right to withhold the balance held in that account pending investigation. Where okpey determines that funds were deposited in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity, such funds may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after KYC verification.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the okpey platform are owned by or licensed to okpey and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okpey platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okpey and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, winnings, or gaming progress due to technical malfunction, service interruption, or unauthorized account access.
• Inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by data transmission errors outside okpey's control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, advice, or content published on the okpey platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the rules of any specific game.

okpey provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. While okpey makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

okpey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering and using the okpey platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okpey will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the provision of platform services (such as payment processing and KYC verification), as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okpey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okpey will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or law.

Continued use of the okpey platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to any transaction or activity on your account is the version that was in force at the time that transaction or activity occurred.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Players in the Philippines are reminded that Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations apply to their use of the okpey platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through okpey's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
